1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Viindex AI service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Viindex AI is a product of ROBOMINDER LTD ("the Company").

2. The Service

Viindex AI provides users with tools to create AI-powered interactive product demos from video content. Features include automated storyboarding, media generation, and an integrated AI assistant. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not use your User Content for training our AI models. You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
• Use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

6. Intellectual Property

Excluding User Content, the Service and all materials therein, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and patents, are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
